The Autumn Equinox is a time to tend and harvest; restore and rebalance. During this important transition, gather with thought leaders, changemakers, community builders, and other seekers focused on raising consciousness, and co-creating the future, together.

The Modern ŌM and ChoZen communities will coalesce in what will be a beautiful merging of hearts and minds. Only a short drive from Miami, ChoZen retreat center offers a beautiful escape into nature, and a wonderful opportunity to rejuvenate and connect with community. You can expect delicious vegan food (ingredients sourced locally and organically), daily movement classes, adventures in the Sebastian River Nature Preserve, plenty of space to connect with each other and with nature, relaxing time in the sauna, pool, hot tub & cold plunge, and rituals to celebrate the Autumn Equinox.

Timeline:

Arrive Friday afternoon, with time to settle into your accommodations before Family Dinner at 6:30pm. On Friday we set our intention for the weekend, explore the significance of the Autumn Equinox, and enjoy a beautiful bonfire under the stars while we connect and prepare for an incredible weekend in nature.

Enjoy a light breakfast Saturday morning and head to movement class with Eugene, who seamlessly interweaves yoga, breathwork and somatic therapy to leave you energized for the day ahead. Head to brunch for Collin’s incredible vegan cuisine, and then a workshop led by Eugene that dives into the meaning of the Equinox, the laws of nature that surround us, and how to harness Universal cycles in every day life through the Kabbalistic tradition. Next, take a couple hours at the spa - choose your bliss in the pool, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub or sign up for a massage. If a nature adventure is more your style, take out one of our kayaks on the breathtaking Sebastian River. After family dinner, we will meet on the dance floor for a Cacao Equinox Ceremony and ecstatic movement to celebrate the energy of the season.

Before we part ways on Sunday, enjoy one last Movement class, grab a juice and a bite to eat, and enjoy a beautiful nature walk and tour of the Sebastian River Nature Preserve.

Dashama is an award-winning author, speaker and founder of the Flow State Institute. She has impacted millions of souls through her teaching & speaking worldwide. Her mission is to continue to catalyze the global awakening, lovingly guiding humanity from separation back to unity consciousness and love.
Dashama was ordained as a priestess of the Rose lineage in 2010 and has traveled the world extensively for almost 2 decades speaking, filming, & leading transformational healing retreats and flow state yoga teacher training.
She has spoken on some of the most renowned stages such as the United Nations as a keynote presenter for International Day of Happiness, Stanford University being inducted into the Happiness Hall of Fame, Flow Summit along with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Sadhguru and Deepak Chopra as well as Sony Motion Picture Studios to create yoga awareness week in Hollywood.
Dashama is also the chief inspiration officer of the Bright Future Foundation, her non-profit initiative working with Dr. Sat Bir Khalsa from Harvard & Yoga for Youth foundation to create a yoga and meditation research initiative called Children are the Future with the intention to make yoga and meditation mandatory for all children in the USA and eventually worldwide.

**Jonathan Marcoschamer (aka Yoni Marcos)** is a percussionist and music producer that activates direct-to-headphone performances with his live looping, creating beats on the fly with both acoustic and electronic instruments like the handpan, djembe, synths, and samples. His intention for every live set is to flow and weave infectious grooves with ethereal ambients by introducing riffs, base lines, vocals, spoken word and other sounds influenced by West African drumming, Funk, Disco, Latin Jazz, Indian, and Middle Eastern music.
He’s working on a new series of compositions designed for meditation, dance, and inner journeys facilitated by breathwork and plant medicine. He is also founder of OpenSeed, a start-up that develops tech-enabled pods for meditation and immersive music experiences.

Our COVID-19 safety protocol meets and exceeds federal standards for safe gathering. It is of our utmost concern to keep you safe and healthy while at ChoZen.

Here are our requirements:1. All guests will be required to take a Rapid Antigen Test administered by a ChoZen staff member upon arrival.2. All guests are required to present either: a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of the retreat OR proof of vaccination. However, we encourage all guests to take a PCR test within 48 hours.

A 50% refund will be issued to those who cannot attend the retreat due to a positive COVID-19 test result.
