EVENT PRODCUTION MANAGER

ChoZen Retreat, a 40-acre eco-luxury destination in Sebastian, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Production Manager to lead the execution of our diverse events, including weddings, retreats, corporate gatherings, and artisan markets. This is a hands-on role ideal for a highly organized individual with a passion for creating seamless and memorable guest experiences.


About the Role:

The Event Production Manager will oversee all logistical and operational aspects of ChoZen’s events, from pre-planning to execution. Working closely with the sales and culinary teams, this role ensures each event is executed flawlessly while maintaining the high standards that ChoZen is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and on time.

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during events, managing timelines and resolving any issues.

  • Collaborate with the sales and catering teams to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • Maintain detailed event documentation, including timelines, layouts, and budgets.

  • Continuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in event production, with a focus on weddings, retreats, or corporate events.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Hands-on experience with event logistics, from AV setups to décor and vendor coordination.

  • Passion for creating memorable and seamless events.
