Job Overview
As an Experience Ambassador & Retreat Specialist, you will be the face of ChoZen, specializing in retreat and event venue sales. This commission-based role is perfect for someone passionate about connecting clients to immersive experiences in a stunning, eco-conscious setting. You’ll work closely with retreat leaders, event planners, and organizations to showcase ChoZen’s offerings and secure bookings that align with their visions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Building:
Generate leads and build relationships with retreat leaders, event planners, and corporate groups.
Tailor ChoZen’s offerings to meet client needs, crafting unique proposals and packages.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
Showcasing the Property:
Conduct engaging property tours (both virtual and in-person), highlighting ChoZen’s venues, amenities, and natural beauty.
Communicate ChoZen’s mission, sustainable practices, and unique value to prospective clients.
Lead Management & Outreach:
Manage inquiries and follow up with leads promptly, ensuring exceptional client engagement.
Use personal and professional networks to expand ChoZen’s client base.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
Provide input to the marketing team to align promotional strategies with client feedback.
Tracking & Reporting:
Keep detailed records of leads, bookings, and sales activities.
Regularly report sales metrics and client insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, hospitality, event planning, or retreat coordination (experience in wellness or eco-tourism a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Passion for nature, sustainability, and wellness practices.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
Confidence in conducting property tours and presenting ChoZen’s offerings to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus.
