FALL Equinox
Ritual Weekend

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 19 - SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21

This weekend serves as a heartfelt tribute to our beloved Ximena. We honor her legacy by celebrating the official opening of our new Harvest House Community Center, ChoZen Café, and Casa Colibrí.

The new boutique, co-created with her spirit, is a sacred space carrying her treasures and celebrating her life. The weekend's events are infused with her memory, from a love-filled safari tribute to a ceremonial gathering and a meaningful seed planting ritual, all designed to honor her in communion with nature, spirit, and one another.

Casa Colibri space carries her sacred treasures and celebrates her life, with vintage pieces from the divine Carolina K Universe, crystals, jewelry, and artisan offerings sourced in partnership with Wolf & Cub Jax.

Weekend Programming

Friday: Arrival & Celebration

The day kicks off with preparations before welcoming vendors and guests. In the early afternoon, magician Tricky Mcsmadigans and photographer Amy S will arrive, followed by overnight guests and those joining us for the Roots and Ribbons Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony.

At 4:00 p.m., we will officially open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The evening will continue with a special Earth-to-Table Dinner at Harvest House, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath from Pine Studio, a perfect way to settle in and prepare for the weekend ahead.

Saturday: Immersion & Connection

Start your day with coffee, tea, and fruit before finding your balance with a ChoZen Flow session at Wilderness Camp. We'll gather for an Earth-to-Table Brunch at Harvest House before a Permaculture Eco Tour offers insights into sustainable living. We are deeply blessed to be joined by our incredibly talented friends and botanical artists Paloma Teppa and Yair Marcos Chamer from Plant the Future, who will guide us through these tours that connect art and Earth.

In the afternoon, you can Choose Your ChoZen Path with various options, including a café and gift shop experience. The late afternoon brings a meaningful Equinox Ritual Tree Planting as we deepen our connection with the Earth. As the day draws to a close, we are deeply blessed to be joined by our dear sister, Giselle World, offering prayer and sacred song to the four directions. Afterward, we'll gather at the River Lounge for a Fire Ritual guided by Salva Alba, accompanied by the handpan sounds of Yoni Marcos. We will rise with the flames, honoring the elements and carrying our prayers skyward. The evening will conclude with the beautiful live music of Yoni and Salva, creating a perfect atmosphere for reflection and connection.

Sunday: Reflection & Departure

The final day begins with a gentle morning of coffee, tea, and fruit. We'll then have a final Earth-to-Table Brunch at Harvest House before coming together for a Closing Circle. This is a time for reflection, sharing insights, and a final gesture of gratitude and closure before you check out at 11:00 a.m. and depart.
