Marcela Benson
Marcela Benson is an award-winning author, and Spiritual Nutrition Counselor recognized for her transformative work in conscious living. She holds a master's in Vegan and Live Food Nutrition from the University of Integrated Science in California. She has trained under Dr. Gabriel Cousens, MD, MDH, DD, specializing in live food nutrition, spiritual fasting, and natural approaches to healing diabetes.
Her acclaimed book Love, Peace, and Vegetables: Recipes for Conscious Living has earned numerous accolades, reflecting her deep commitment to holistic wellness and vibrant living. Marcela's teachings blend ancient wisdom with advanced energy practices, drawing from Ayurvedic science, Amazonian and Chinese tonic herbs, and crystal healing. She also emphasizes the concept of live food as a superconductor for vitality, nourishing both the body and the spirit.
A key element of Marcela's approach is using tachyon tools in meditation and pain body release. These tools help individuals connect more profoundly with the quantum field, fostering deeper awareness and spiritual insight. As the creator of the TAYOCA Method, she seamlessly blends artistry and mindfulness to help her students unlock the transformative potential of vocal expression. Drawing on principles of Tantra, which cultivates presence and connection to life’s energy; Yoga, which harmonizes breath, body, and mind to create balance and clarity; and Canto, an elegant fusion of classical bel canto and modern speech-level singing techniques, Paola refines the voice into a natural, authentic expression.

Bri Beard
Brie weaves a variety of sacred teachings in each class she guides. With over 20 years of experience teaching and studying yoga, she draws on her background in Kundalini, Ashtanga, Anahata and Qi Gong. An essential thread in her teaching is to remind each student that they are their own best teachers. She believes through pranayama techniques we can unlock our own internal medicine cabinet and enhance every aspect of our life through breath. She infuses a variety of yogic tools and technologies, while some classes are like a moving meditation, others might include challenging kriyas and energetic clearing techniques. Her hope is that each student leaves feeling more aligned with their hearts and connected to their spirit so that we may live a life oriented to peace.

Your transformative journey begins with a warm welcome and an opportunity to settle into the serene retreat environment. Explore the beautiful grounds with a guided tour before enjoying a nourishing Ayurvedic pre-cleanse dinner. The evening unfolds with a powerful opening ceremony where you'll set intentions, open the energetic portal for the cleanse, and receive your special goodie bag. To close the day, a soothing Qigong session helps align and center your body, preparing you for the days ahead.
Day 2:
Deep Cleanse

Wake up to the beauty of nature with an invigorating walk that connects you to the surrounding landscape. Enjoy a delicious, cleansing breakfast that includes green juice and probiotic elixirs. The morning focuses on gentle introspection with journaling and a Yin Yoga session to harmonize your body’s energy flow.
Connect deeply through meditation and expand your energy field in a guided group session. The afternoon invites you to learn about the healing power of live foods or to enjoy some free time, perfect for booking an optional therapy or unwinding in the sauna or cold plunge. End the day with a delicious, digestive-friendly dinner and an empowering breathwork class designed to release stress and cultivate inner peace.

Integration & Reflection

Embrace the final full day with a grounding morning walk and a wholesome, energizing breakfast. Gentle yoga and meditation set the tone for a day focused on integrating your cleanse experience. Kundalini Yoga will help you anchor the benefits of the cleanse, followed by a session on expanding your energy field and connecting with your group. After a nourishing farewell lunch, we’ll share inspiration and practical tips for taking your newfound wellness home. The day concludes with a calming Qigong practice and an unforgettable DJ dance party and a gratitude-filled closing ceremony. Departure

On the final morning, take one last peaceful nature walk and enjoy a balanced breakfast to close your cleanse. Depart feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and inspired, with all the tools you need to continue your wellness journey at home.

The Sanctuary is an off-the-grid eco-glamping experience with outdoor showers, composting toilets, vertical garden and open-air gathering tent. A coveted neighborhood, where urban living meets eco-tranquility, The Sanctuary offers guests a serene retreat within the heart of Wild Florida where they can explore lush trails through ChoZen Paths along the San Sebastian River in our Dome Village, Safari Camp & Cosmic Airstreams.
