Membership & Program Manager

Location: Florida-based (Miami, Tampa, or Orlando preferred) with periodic travel to ChoZen

Markets: Miami, Tampa, Orlando (with potential for expansion beyond Florida)

We are launching a high-value membership program that offers exclusive access to private trails, member-only retreats, regenerative farming initiatives, and philanthropic opportunities—all focused on creating a deeply connected, purpose-driven community.

As Membership & Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling this program, building relationships with high-value members, and ensuring an exceptional experience that fosters engagement, retention, and long-term growt

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic, well-connected leader who thrives in relationship-building, program management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is:

✔ A natural connector with an established network in Miami, Tampa, or Orlando and the ability to build relationships across wellness, hospitality, and philanthropic sectors.

✔Experienced in membership management, business development, or high-end hospitality—someone who understands relationship-driven sales and programming.

✔An entrepreneur at heart, excited about shaping a new, high-impact membership experience with both strategic and operational execution.

✔ ️ Comfortable working remotely while spending 1-2 weekends per month at ChoZen to cultivate relationships, host events, and engage members in person.


Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Membership Growth

  • Develop and execute a strategic membership growth plan, identifying and engaging high-value prospective members.

  • Build a pipeline of founding members, leveraging personal and professional networks.

  • Define membership tiers, pricing structures, and benefits, ensuring a balance of exclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability.

  • Implement a referral and ambassador program to drive organic growth.

  • Community Engagement & Programming

  • Plan and oversee monthly member meetups at ChoZen to foster engagement.

  • Organize exclusive retreats, fireside chats, and curated wellness events to enhance the member experience.

  • Develop collaborations with mission-aligned brands, thought leaders, and wellness experts to add value to the membership.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring their experience aligns with ChoZen’s mission and values.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Work with internal teams to develop membership materials, digital assets, and sales collateral.

  • Oversee content strategy, social media promotion, and PR outreach to drive membership interest.

  • Execute promotional campaigns in key markets (Miami, Tampa, Orlando) to generate awareness and recruit members.

Operational & Financial Strategy

  • Establish and manage budgeting and financial projections for sustainable membership growth.

  • Track membership engagement, retention rates, and revenue performance, adjusting strategy as needed.

  • Ensure a seamless application, onboarding, and renewal process for members.
