

On behalf of The Chopra Foundation, you are invited to the 2021 Reset & Rejuvenate Retreat– January 28- February 2, 2021, which will be co-hosted by Tony and Ximena Cho at Chozen Retreat. ChoZen is an eco-retreat sanctuary nestled along the banks of St. Sebastion River & a 22,000-acre nature preserve. ChoZen is an ideal place for us to renew ourselves and relax in a beautiful setting.
Deepak will join us for 3 days. Daily yoga, bodywork sessions, group discussions, and a variety of optional outdoor activities (i.e.nature hikes, kayaking, etc.) will complement the program.

This journey will host no more than 16 persons including Deepak. The suggested donation is USD $20,000 per person and/or $30,000 per couple which covers accommodations (arrival on January 28 and departure on February 2nd), fresh gourmet vegetarian meals, yoga, bodywork sessions, life mapping sessions, and all outdoor activities. Personal incidentals and travel are not included. Details will follow your confirmation of participation.
Participants of the retreat will have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing Chopra Foundation, Self Directed Biological Transformation Initiative (SBTI). We will be studying the health benefits of lifestyle choices during the retreat at ChoZen and measuring your inflammatory bio-markers, gut microbiome, and recommending personalized self-care and lifestyle from Dr. Suhas and Manisha Kshirsagar.












The funds raised from this retreat will support the ongoing research and humanitarian programs such as NeverAlone (Mental Health Health and Suicide Prevention), Love In Action (community wellbeing) and Planetary Biome initiatives.
Realizing that you may be hesitant to attend due to COVID-19, ChoZen Retreat is fully committed to supporting our collective desire to build a new global community in a safe, healthy, and loving manner. The health and safety of our guests remain of paramount importance to us and we will adhere to strict protocols and services. We will require all guests and staff to take a rapid test upon arrival and to sign the enclosed waiver.

She has successfully designed Herbal Supplements, Skin Care lines, Ayurvedic foods, and Medicinal Teas for various Nutraceutical companies. She is a published author, eminent educator, and an acclaimed Ayurvedic Practitioner. She is a Faculty member at eminent Ayurvedic schools. Currently, she is the Director of Ayurvedic Healing, an Integrative Wellness Clinic at Santa Cruz CA.

Gabriella Wright
Gabriella was trained as a Shakespearean actor and works out of Los Angeles. Her long-standing humanitarian engagement dates back to 2004. Both her acting and humanitarian projects bring her closer to understanding human nature and what binds consciousness to the reality we live in. Born in London into a family of artists, Gabriella is of Anglo-French and Portuguese-Mauritian descent and was influenced by her many cultures on her journey of understanding.

Tony Cho Co-Founder of ChoZen Retreat
Tony Cho is a social impact entrepreneur, real estate investor and developer, and the founder and chairman of Metro 1, a forward-thinking full-service real estate investment, brokerage, management, and development firm, focused on shaping neighborhoods and developing sustainable cities.
In 2011, Tony was awarded the prestigious young leader of the year by the Urban Land Institute and holds a CCIM designation.
Cho is also the founder of the Magic City Innovation District Little Haiti, an 18-acre large-scale regenerative mixed use project located in one of Miami’s most vibrant cultural neighborhoods.

Daksha
Daksha was born in Uruguay in 1965 and learned a love of cooking from her grandmother and mother. At age 19 she became a vegetarian and lived in different temples and learned Indian cuisine. She opened two restaurants and teaches vegetarian cooking classes in Argentina at schools like the IAG. she is the author of "Vegetarian Indian Cuisine" and is now printing her second cookbook. Currently, for 8 years she has a space in Tigre, as where she gives classes and seminars and cooks special vegetarian, vegan and Ayurvedic menus. She has traveled to India and the world cooking privately for many people including several Indian ambassadors and well-known people. her greatest passion is helping people to nurture themselves in a conscious way.

Sarah Platt-Finger is the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC and the yoga teacher of Dr. Deepak Chopra. She has shared the elevating tools of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda to the yoga community worldwide both digitally and in person. Sarah has collaborated with Dr. Chopra on several online videos including “Finding Connection Through Yoga” with Yoga Journal and “Radical Being” with Udemy. She is also a featured yoga teacher on Chopra's YouTube channel, The Chopra Well. Sarah’s classes offer a blend of strength-building, stress-relief, and subtle bodywork to create harmony, healing, and to awaken the infinite potential within.

THANKYA by Jonathan Marcoschamer creates music ranging from raw tribal beats to loungy, meditative soundscapes that are layered with live instrumentation. In both live performances and in the studio, THANKYA dives deep into sound exploration, while introducing riffs, baselines, vocals, beats, and other elements that are influenced by West African drumming, Afrobeat, Funk, Disco, Latin Jazz, Classical Indian, and Middle Eastern music, to name a few.
Jared Bistrong
Jared Bistrong, a Miami native and multi-instrumentalist, is a prolific Sound Healer who has utilized the power of sound to transform learning & healing communities for the last 25 years. He crafts his own handmade Didgeridoos and instruments out of local palm trees and teaches and facilitates Sound Healing workshops & experiences throughout the country and abroad.
Percussion Trio
Percussion Trio - (Jonathan, Ali, and Jared) have been playing percussion for over 20 years. With a "freestyle blend" of mostly African, Turkish, and Latin American rhythms, the three have performed dozens of times together in Miami at festivals, full moon gatherings, and private events.
